Preliminary assessment: A score or free audit identifies possible gaps and priorities. It is not a complete technical, legal, financial, accessibility, cybersecurity, SEO, brand, social-media, or commercial due-diligence review.
1. Purpose of the assessment
Phillforce audits and calculators are designed to help businesses consider how positioning, content, website experience, marketing, sales, follow-up, and measurement may affect customer acquisition.
Depending on the selected assessment, the result may include a numerical score, category score, observations, potential gaps, general benchmarks, suggested priorities, or a recommendation to seek further support.
A free assessment is intentionally limited. A paid audit may include more research and professional review, but it is still limited to the scope stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
3. Publicly accessible information
An ordinary assessment reviews information that is publicly accessible without private credentials. This can include:
- Visible website pages, navigation, copy, calls to action, forms, and public resources.
- Public metadata, headings, links, indexing signals, page-performance indicators, and other observable technical information.
- Public social-profile information, published posts, visible engagement, profile descriptions, and links.
- Information you voluntarily provide in the assessment form.
Phillforce does not promise that every page, post, platform, historical version, account, private area, analytics property, or database will be reviewed.
4. Methodology and scoring
Scores may be generated from user answers, predefined rules, weighted criteria, public page observations, third-party data, automated analysis, or professional review. The criteria and weight assigned to each factor reflect Phillforce’s methodology and judgment at the time of assessment.
A score is not a universally recognized certification, valuation, credit rating, compliance grade, or industry-standard guarantee. Two tools or reviewers can reasonably produce different results. Phillforce may update questions, weights, categories, benchmarks, recommendations, and methodology as the service develops.
The assessment is not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and must not be used to determine an individual’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or another legally regulated consumer purpose.
A score should be interpreted as a prioritization aid. It should not be used as the sole basis for a major business, legal, financial, employment, medical, insurance, investment, or security decision.
5. Technical and platform limitations
Results may be incomplete or inaccurate because of:
- Robots instructions, rate limits, firewalls, geographic restrictions, login requirements, consent screens, or anti-automation controls.
- Temporary outages, slow responses, redirect errors, unsupported code, dynamic content, or blocked resources.
- Differences between desktop, mobile, browser, device, account, region, personalisation, or logged-in experiences.
- Platform restrictions that limit social-profile or engagement information.
- Third-party data that is delayed, estimated, sampled, changed, or unavailable.
- A website or profile changing after the assessment was completed.
- Incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the requester.
Phillforce is not required to bypass a restriction or obtain private access to complete an assessment. We may use a smaller available sample and disclose material limitations when reasonably practical.
6. Not a penetration test or compliance certification
A customer acquisition audit is not a penetration test, vulnerability assessment, malware scan, forensic investigation, privacy audit, legal compliance audit, accessibility certification, financial audit, or regulated security assessment unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise.
The absence of an identified issue does not mean a website, system, account, or process is secure, accessible, lawful, compliant, error-free, or suitable for every user. Obtain qualified specialist review where those matters are important.
7. Recommendations and commercial interest
An assessment may recommend a Phillforce project or service. Phillforce has a commercial interest in offering its services and may receive revenue if you choose to engage the agency.
You are not required to purchase a service to receive any free result expressly promised at the point of collection. You should evaluate recommendations against your priorities, budget, capacity, evidence, and alternative providers.
Unless confirmed in a signed proposal, a recommendation does not define the final project scope, price, timeline, deliverables, or expected outcome.
8. Information, contact, and follow-up
When you submit an assessment, Phillforce may collect your contact details, company information, website and social-profile addresses, responses, scores, findings, referral source, completion activity, and selected next step.
We use this information to provide the result, secure and improve the tool, understand service demand, respond to your request, and recommend a relevant next step as explained when information is collected and in the Privacy Policy.
Operational messages needed to deliver a requested result are different from optional marketing messages. Where required, marketing consent should be requested separately and should not be preselected.
9. No guaranteed outcome or continuing duty
Phillforce does not guarantee that following an assessment or recommendation will produce a particular amount of traffic, rankings, reach, leads, customers, sales, revenue, profit, or return on investment.
Unless included in a paid written agreement, Phillforce has no continuing duty to monitor the submitted website, profile, market, algorithm, competitor, or business after delivering the assessment. Recommendations can become outdated as information and market conditions change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phillforce is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss arising from reliance on a free score or preliminary assessment. Additional limitations appear in the Terms of Use and any signed service agreement.
