Service Disclaimer

This disclaimer explains the limits of Phillforce’s public information, strategic recommendations, marketing services, examples, forecasts, and commercial results.

Effective date: August 21, 2026 Agency model: Remote-based Applies to: public content and Phillforce services

Core principle: Phillforce provides strategy, creative work, systems, implementation, and professional judgment. We do not promise that a particular marketing activity will produce a guaranteed amount of revenue, leads, rankings, traffic, or customers.

1. Purpose of this disclaimer

This disclaimer applies to information and services provided by Phillforce through its website, proposals, consultations, audits, reports, presentations, resources, content, social channels, workshops, and project communications.

General website information is educational and promotional. It should not be treated as a complete strategy for a specific organization without appropriate discovery, evidence, context, and professional review.

2. When a professional relationship begins

Viewing the website, downloading a template, receiving a free assessment, submitting a form, exchanging initial emails, or attending a discovery call does not alone create a client, adviser, fiduciary, partnership, joint-venture, employment, or agency relationship.

A client relationship begins only when the applicable proposal or service agreement is accepted and any required initial payment or onboarding condition has been completed. The signed service documents define the actual work, deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, fees, revisions, and legal terms.

3. No guaranteed commercial outcome

Phillforce may provide positioning, messaging, content, SEO and AEO, website, marketing, campaign, analytics, sales-alignment, thought-leadership, ecommerce, quality-assurance, migration, and customer-acquisition services. The performance of this work depends on factors including:

  • Product quality, price, demand, differentiation, and market fit.
  • The client’s existing reputation, customer base, resources, and sales capacity.
  • Implementation speed, internal decisions, approvals, follow-up, and operational consistency.
  • Advertising budget, channel conditions, competition, seasonality, economic change, and customer behavior.
  • Website technology, data quality, platform policies, search algorithms, and third-party availability.

For these reasons, Phillforce does not guarantee a particular level of revenue, profit, return on investment, rankings, impressions, reach, traffic, inquiries, qualified leads, conversion, orders, partnerships, funding, or customer retention.

4. Case studies, testimonials, and performance metrics

Phillforce intends public advertising claims to be truthful, evidence-based, and not misleading in accordance with applicable United States law, including the Federal Trade Commission Act, relevant FTC advertising and endorsement requirements, and the South Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act.

Case studies and testimonials describe specific work and circumstances. They are not typical-result guarantees and should not be interpreted as promises that another organization will achieve the same outcome.

Revenue, traffic, order, impression, audience, and growth figures may be rounded for readability. Where a result was influenced by multiple functions, Phillforce aims to describe the result as “supported,” “contributed to,” or another appropriately qualified form rather than claiming sole causation.

Client and employer results can involve contributions from leadership, product, sales, account management, partnerships, operations, paid media, market conditions, and other teams alongside Phillforce or Philip Eze’s work. Attribution notes on individual case studies form part of this disclaimer.

Testimonials must reflect the honest experience or opinion of the person quoted at the time provided. They may be edited only for length or clarity without intentionally changing their meaning. Material relationships, incentives, or other disclosures will be stated when United States law requires them.

5. Forecasts, benchmarks, and estimates

Forecasts, opportunity estimates, projections, budgets, benchmarks, funnel models, acquisition-cost calculations, and return scenarios are planning tools based on available information and assumptions. Actual outcomes can differ materially.

A forecast is not a promise, warranty, financial valuation, investment recommendation, or assurance that a platform, market, campaign, or customer will behave as predicted. Clients should review assumptions and make final commercial decisions using their own judgment and, where appropriate, qualified financial or legal advisers.

6. Client responsibilities

The client remains responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information.
  • Reviewing and approving claims, prices, offers, deliverables, legal language, and regulated statements before publication.
  • Obtaining required licenses, permissions, releases, consents, and intellectual-property rights.
  • Ensuring products, services, websites, advertising, data practices, and sales activities comply with applicable law and industry rules.
  • Maintaining appropriate backups, access controls, account security, and authorized account ownership.
  • Making final business, budget, hiring, pricing, sales, regulatory, and investment decisions.
  • Implementing agreed recommendations unless Phillforce has been specifically contracted to implement them.

Delays, incomplete information, changing scope, lack of access, or failure to implement recommendations can affect timelines and outcomes.

7. Third-party platforms and technology

Phillforce may work with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, GoHighLevel, GoDaddy, Google, LinkedIn, social networks, search engines, analytics tools, advertising platforms, email tools, scheduling systems, hosting providers, and other third-party technology.

Phillforce does not control third-party availability, pricing, policies, algorithms, moderation, approval processes, account suspensions, data, outages, security, feature changes, or business decisions. We cannot guarantee continued compatibility or performance of a third-party service.

Unless specifically included in writing, third-party fees, licenses, advertising spend, hosting, domains, premium plugins, data providers, and integrations are separate from Phillforce service fees.

8. No legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice

Phillforce provides marketing and customer-acquisition services. Nothing on the website or in ordinary marketing work is legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, clinical, cybersecurity-certification, or regulatory-compliance advice.

Work for healthcare, education, nonprofit, technology, ecommerce, or other regulated organizations does not make Phillforce the organization’s lawyer, accountant, clinician, security auditor, or regulator. Clients should obtain appropriate specialist review for claims, privacy, accessibility, advertising rules, healthcare communications, intellectual property, taxes, employment, contracts, and other regulated matters.

9. Automated and AI-assisted tools

Phillforce may use automation or AI-assisted tools to support research, organization, drafting, analysis, quality assurance, reporting, or assessment. Such tools can produce incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect output.

Phillforce applies professional review appropriate to the agreed scope, but clients remain responsible for final approval and for specialist verification where a decision involves legal, financial, medical, safety, regulated, or other high-impact consequences. Do not provide confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal information for processing by an automated tool unless an approved workflow and appropriate protections have been agreed.

10. Reliance and limitation

You are responsible for evaluating whether public information, a resource, or a recommendation is appropriate for your circumstances. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phillforce is not responsible for loss caused by relying on general website content as a substitute for a scoped professional engagement or appropriate specialist advice.

Additional limitations are stated in the Terms of Use and the applicable signed service agreement.
